BUSINESS POST PANDEMIC

Now that the mask mandates have been lifted, masks are no longer required on our premises.

In March 2020 we implemented curbside pickup at our facility to adhere to strict health & safety policies. Over the past 2 years we have successfully implemented and utilized a pickup only procedure.  Walk-in customer orders interrupt employees from picking orders that are already placed.  This is unfair to customers that have already placed orders, employees find it very frustrating and it leads to a greater chance of making picking mistakes. Due to the success and positive comments from our customers/dealers and staff,  we are pleased to advise that Cerka Industries is continuing with this procedure indefinitely and therefore:

All orders must be placed in advance via online, email, fax or telephone.  Your order will be placed in line and picked sequentially.  When the order is picked and Ready, we will email or call that it is Ready for pickup.

Arriving for pick up without an order being Ready will result in your driver being delayed or turned away without product.
